Prices are subject to change. One area equals any room up to 30 square metres; combined living areas may be considered as two rooms. Areas exceeding 30 square metres will be priced as additional areas. Baths, halls, stairs, large walk-in closets, and area rugs are priced separately. Sectional sofas may not be separated.
